• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• As required by law or by order of a regulatory authority.

Inactive Account Policy

An account will be marked inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months. A maintenance fee of BDT 50 per month may be deducted from inactive accounts. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Bets lost due to the user's internet connection being disrupted.
• Temporary service disruption due to technical issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account due to password sharing.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
